Senior Engineer / Consultant
An experienced engineer who delegates development to AI agents while owning decisions and quality. You will act as a stakeholder for our clients — from launching PoCs and MVPs to enabling development processes and running large-scale services long-term.
Designing and driving AI-driven development (PoC / MVP)
Hands-on enablement of client development processes
Operations and security for large-scale services

What we look for
Able to draw on domain knowledge and original insight to get to the heart of client problems
Experience with — or strong interest in — AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, etc.)
Able to work directly with clients and lead technical decision-making

Location: Tokyo (Tsukiji), Hamamatsu, or fully remote
Salary based on experience and ability
Contract (Freelance)
From 2 days a week; other engagements welcome
